Did the Ting Tings rip off the White Stripes in the video?

Question: Because they seem really similar.

Here is The White Stripes in their song 'Seven Nation Army' (released in 2003)

Here is The Ting Tings in their song 'Shut Up and Let Me Go' (released in 2008)

Answer: Quite similar. The Tings Tings couldn't hold a candle to The White Stripes though.
